December 4th 2005 was a great event, fighters from all ages were against their own age as opposed to weight. This is always an interesting competition because the lighter fighters in the younger categories always have the edge in weight competitions due to their age experience.

On October 2nd 2005 the Area Opens took place at Castle Vale Community College. Another great competition to watch, the fighters young and old were on form. There were only a couple of minor injuries for the paramedics to contend with.

The Dojo was full, lots of competitors took part in the event, lots of spectators watched. Parents, friends and family shouted supporting their competitor, a great event. As ever there were many happy faces walking away with medals to add to their collection.

I speak for everyone when I say thanks to the AJA, the judges, competitors, paramedics and organisers for an exciting day.

On the 18th of September 2005 the Bushi championships were held at Castle Vale Community College, Birmingham. As ever the entertainment was good. The fights were astonishing, kids and adults alike.

As with all AJA competitions there were plenty of medal winners, people from around the country took part and there was a great turnout.

The footage was shot with two cameras and edited using MacOSX. The movie is compatible with the new video iPod.
